Admissions
We welcome your interest in seeking admission for your children to The Christian Academy. Admission to the school is based on the policies outlined under Admissions Policies on the previous link. It is important that you read carefully the Admissions Policy, the Statement of Faith, and the Tuition Policy. In order to make a valid application for admission to TCA the following items must be enclosed. Please check each item when completed.
- The Family Form which includes a written testimony must be completed and forwarded to the Admissions Office.
- A completed Student Form for each student seeking admission.
- A signed Parent's Statement of Commitment.
- Present the Pastor's Confidential Reference form to your pastor. The form is to be sent directly to the Admissions Office by your pastor.

- Proof of age (Original hospital birth notice, Original birth certificate, etc.).
- A copy of the student's last report card of the most recent quarter along with the most recent standardized test results (Stanford, Terra Nova, etc.).
- Proof of student's immunization - written immunization record signed by a physician
- The stated application fee is to accompany the above mentioned forms. (see the Tuition Fee Schedule for fee amounts).
Upon receipt of this information, you will be notified of a date for scholastic testing and afterwards an interview date with the Admissions Committee of the Board of Directors. The presence of both parents at the interview is required. If the student is entering grades 6-12 he/she is asked to be at the interview as well. Early application is recommended as class size is limited.
