TCA alumnus Vernon Brundage Jr., ’05, just had his first book published! His book is called Shoot Your Shot, A Sport-Inspired Guide To Living Your Best Life. It identifies the key principles that the world’s most elite athletes have applied to their lives and relates how the reader can use those same principles in his/her own life to help attain success.
Vernon graciously sent fifteen books to TCA to be distributed to the Varsity Boy’s Basketball team. Vern played four years of basketball while at TCA before heading to IUP to get his bachelor’s degree in economics. He continued his schooling at Howard University where he obtained his master’s degree. He currently resides in the Washington D.C. area where he works as an economist for the Bureau of Labor Statistics and runs a non-profit called investED Enrichment Services.
