TCA Distance Learning Portal

We’re excited to share the TCA Distance Learning Online Parent Hub. The goal of this site is to have one spot for all of the general communications around our Distance Learning program. We have general school messaging and grade-level specific information available on this site, and it will be updated regularly to reflect changes and add additional content!

You can access the AMI Online Parent Hub Here

Distance Learning FAQ

Who can I reach out to with questions?

Division Point Persons

Debbie Dutton – Elementary Principal: ddutton@tca-pa.org

Kevin Skaer – MS/HS Principal: kskaer@tca-pa.org

See our full Contact page for a more comprehensive list of folks to get in touch with!

6th-12th Grade: Where can I keep up with classwork and assignments?

All 6th-12th grade Middle school and High school classwork, homework, and class-specific resources will be given through Google Classroom and Plus Portals.

Will we still be having Easter Break?

Yes! You can plan to take some much-needed rest during the week of April 6-13. While learning never ends, school will not take place during Easter break.

When do you think we will return to school?

We want to get back onto campus as soon as we safely can. For planning purposes, that will probably be after spring break. We will follow whatever our government officials mandate, though, and these plans are subject to change.

What can I do to support the school community at this time?

  • Encourage one another

  • Respond to needs as they emerge

  • Pray for school leadership, faculty, and staff

  • Send fun pictures and videos in to TCA so we can show off the great work you’re doing!

What else can you find on the Remote Learning Portal?

  • Division-specific resources for your family to use and access (more coming soon!).
  • Quick links to places like Plus Portals, Google Classroom, our Faculty & Staff directory, and more.
  • Showcase of student work and AMI interaction!
  • Our faculty and staff greeting from Facebook last week.

TCA parents, we welcome your input into this site. Please take the opportunity to offer up suggestions for an improved parent experience–we’ll do our best to make improvements!

Want to submit a project that your student worked on or show off how AMI is going at home? Submit photos and videos to agordon@tca-pa.org to be showcased on the Remote Learning portal and maybe even on our social media channels!

We’re grateful to partner with you in every season!

Sincerely,

The TCA Marketing and Communications Team
