The Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and hands-on maintenance of all physical facilities, grounds, and operational systems. This individual ensures the efficient functioning of buildings and infrastructure, while promoting safety, compliance, and excellence in day-to-day operations. This role combines managerial oversight with active, physical labor, and requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- A clear testimony of a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
- A high school diploma or equivalent as well as technical training in building systems or trades.
- 3-5 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or a similar field.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, work order systems).
