Aftercare now available

for 2022-2023 School year

Aftercare (Pre-K – 8th Grade)	Cost
3:00 – 6:00 pm (3 hours/day)	$140/week (billed monthly)
3:00 – 4:30 pm (1.5 hours/day)	$70/week (billed monthly)

Note: Students not picked up by 6:00 pm will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute. This charge will be applied per family, not per child. If a non-parent is picking a student up, they must bring a photo ID and prior communication needs to be made with the teacher who is overseeing aftercare. Aftercare follows the school calendar, thus it is not provided on half days. If students need to stay in aftercare and are not registered, they are offered a 15-minute grace period a week; anything beyond that 15 minutes weekly will result in a charge.

Pick up Location: When you arrive to pick up your child, you will not be using the usual pick-up and drop-off location for elementary students. Instead, drive into the main entrance of the school. As you approach the school, you will see a lit sign straight ahead on the building wall. Just to the left of the sign is a glass door, this is our music room hallway. KNOCK LOUDLY on that door, as the aftercare location classroom is just inside that door.

Snack: Please also remember to make sure your child has a snack for aftercare.

Aftercare Sign Out Procedure

o All children need to be signed out. The aftercare program will have a binder with a sign out a page per child for each month.
o At pick up, the binder will be in a visible area for you to sign out your child with your legal signature and time. This sign out procedure is especially important for safety and legal regulations. Please be diligent about fulfilling this important procedure. The pages will be audited regularly, and we must make sure that every child is signed out daily for their safety to be accounted for.
o If you arrive late to pick up your child from aftercare a fee will be assessed.
