Richard Clear

Middle School Language Arts Teacher

I have taught for 14 years, but only three of those years fall under, “Christian education.” 11 other years have been committed to the public school systems of Philadelphia and Chester, PA. I received my BA in Primary/Early Childhood Education from Temple University with a focus on English. I then went to Tulsa, Oklahoma to receive my MA in theology/church leadership from Oral Roberts University. During my free-time, I like to draw, and I like to write non-fiction and poetry literature.

Noel Marianetti

High School English Teacher

By the Lord’s grace, I have over 20 years of experience teaching English, ESL, and the Bible in New York, China, California, and Pennsylvania. I have a BS in religion and philosophy from Roberts Wesleyan College, a M.Ed. in English education and ESL from SUNY-Albany, and a graduate-level urban teaching certificate from UPenn. I’ve also have been a missionary, youth pastor, and presently am a frequent Sunday morning speaker at our local church. I love the Bible, Shakespeare, guitar, and all sports, but most of all, I love to see young adults released into their God-given destiny!

Eunhee Roberts

Kindergarten Teacher

Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Eunhee completed her undergraduate work in English Literature & Language, then worked as an English instructor for both Hansol Education, teaching young children, and Kimberly-Clark, teaching staff. Later work with Korean orphans compelled her to move to the United States in 2001 to pursue graduate work in Christian Education & Family Therapy. After obtaining her masters, she spent several years as the Elementary Children’s Director for a large Korean church in Maryland. After meeting and marrying her husband, she moved to Pennsylvania and worked for a traditional preschool for one year before taking a position at a Philadelphia Montessori school, teaching preschool and kindergarten students over a 4-year span. She later obtained her M. Ed in Early Childhood Education with Montessori Certification. She is excited to pour her training, decades of teaching experience, and love for children into The Christian Academy.

When she isn’t busy teaching, studying, or crafting homemade classroom materials, she and her husband enjoy eating ethnic food, traveling, and mountain hiking.
