How do you teach a Christian Worldview in your classes at TCA? (Please provide some examples)
I teach a Christian worldview in my classes by looking at the various subjects and attempting to show my students how it relates to God and furthering his Kingdom. If I was to teach science, I would show my students how God created and regulated the science in our world and how it shows the glory, wisdom and majesty of God’s power and wisdom. If I was to teach math, I would be teaching the foundations of how God made mathematical order in the universe, how it is a reflection of his wisdom, and how it can be used to further His Kingdom.
What is a unique experience, talent or interest that you bring to your classroom to help shape the learning experience of your students?
I believe that a unique talent I have is being very engaging with my students. I plan on using this to help my students become engaged in the lessons and activities they are given.
If you could describe TCA in one word, what would it be?
Community
